Hello, GudenufNation. I hope you're all enjoying the weekend because I am.

People know me for cakes etc with the long hours in the kitchen, but even the baker needs to recharge, abeg i can't kill myself.

Rest isn't a luxury, it's part of the recipe.

A refreshed mind creates better designs, better flavors, and happier customers. So today, I traded my apron for a swimsuit, and I have zero regrets.

Next week, we're back to creating beautiful cakes. Today, I'm refilling my own cup.

Most people don't know this, but you can often tell if a plantain may have seeds or not when buying in the market.

Look closely at the skin.

👉 A plantain that is bulky at the head and tail has seed.
👉 A plantain with thinner head and tail doesn't have enough seed.

It is 100% guaranteed, but this simple trick can save you time, reduce waste, and help you choose better plantains in the market.

Most underrated tools in snacks production are woven basket and food save metal strainers.

Why?
✅ It drains excess oil faster.
✅ You can lift more snacks at once.
✅ It speeds up production.
✅ Less oil means a lighter, crispier finish.
