IS OGBONNO SOUP THAT TASTY...

Personally, I'm not so much into draw soups .
If I must have , I usually go for okro . But my perspective about ogbonno soup changed when I ate "Meme's recipe"

Meme is my children best aunt; whom normally pays us visit anytime she is off her Fashion business . So on this occasion she came around and decided to prepare Ogbonno soup for the whole family as a special treat"

At first, it felt like a nightmare for me ;because of all things to try , ogbonno soup was a "no" for me😉

So she got some mackerel fish , and some stock fish ,with a generous amount of "opei Nsukka " and crayfish. For Flavour she added Uziza seed(fresh one)

My God ! the end result was mouth watering and so delicious 😋

Even my 5 month old toddler ate swallow for the first time. 🙃

I didn't remember to take photos and now the treat is over!😕

How do you like your ogbonno soup?
Watery or thick? Or even consistency ?
