One thing I’ve learned as a cake designer is this:

Inspiration is beautiful… but exact replication can be tricky.

A lot of the cakes we see online are professionally edited, photographed under studio lighting, or sometimes not even real-life cakes at all. So when someone asks for an exact copy, it can create expectations that are almost impossible to meet perfectly.

Every baker has a unique style — from piping pressure to color blending to finishing techniques. It’s like handwriting. No two artists will ever produce the exact same result, even with the same reference.

That’s why when you send me a design, I don’t “copy.”
I interpret. I refine. I recreate it in a way that reflects my signature finish and the quality I’m known for.

The goal is always the same:
A cake you’ll be proud to display and excited to cut.

Choose a baker because you love their style — not just because they can duplicate a photo 🤍
