This cake had no business looking this pretty and tasting this good. 😭✨

Inside? Dark chocolate mousse and white chocolate mousse filling.

Outside? Smooth buttercream and an edible floral wrap that looks way too expensive to eat. 🌸

The mousse fillings are homemade (yes, I teach them in my Filling Class 😌💅) and the buttercream is my modified American buttercream that gives a smooth finish and sets beautifully.
