You people should help me
Lately some of my first time customers and even the old ones gets angry when ever I charge for delivery fee.
One customer who has patronised sometime ago, wants to order cake and the moment we concluded and I told her the fee to take to her location,she started complaining.
Do customers expect free delivery?
And If I decide to fix a flat delivery fee with my cake fee,i don't think it will work out. Imagine I make my delivery fee 3k for every location in kaduna and the money I need to deliver to a particular customers location is just 1k, will be unfair to customers whose location are closer to me.
Please dont complain if vendors charge for delivery fee, if it's too much, you can come pickup at the vendors place.
