Long time no chiller picture!!!!
I've missed taking cake pictures in my chiller so I had to take this one in thr chiller.

A beauty to behold!!
Repeat designs have been chasing us since the year started, and I'm loving it!!! As much as I'd love to create new designs, repeating my designs as requested by customers is very flattering because my designs are appreciated and admired. ..
Stencilling whipped cream is no joke because it can go only one of two ways: very bad or very good...no in-between. Thankfully this turned out really really beautifully 😍

We repeated this mini tiered cake!!!!!...and in my favourite colour too! 💃💃💃

My smallest fondant cake yet!!
I did everything to convince this client to go for a whipped cream cake but she was bent on getting a fondant cake.
I had to oblige.
I decided to cover the cake "quickly" using the blanket method, big mistake!! I was midway into smothing the cake when I realised I should have taken the panelling route.
I had to calm down and get the cake look as clean as possible.
Colour theme was purple and white so I did something really minimalist. Turned out pretty.
Will I ever accept another single layer fondant cake order this small? I DON'T THINK SO

Black cakes are so beautiful to look at 😍😍😍...but eating them is where the real issue lies. From stained teeth and mouth, to the aftertaste these colours usually have!
For the best "dark colored cakes" experience, we cover the cake in white and then apply a very thin layer of the dark colour, and inform our customers to scrape it off before eating.
Nonetheless, I always advice clients to go for pastel colours but deliver whatever colour they end up choosing.
Our goal is to create sweet memories always!...so whether you prefer dark or pastel colours, VivaCakery dey for you!
