Crunchy milky chin chin.

Tips for a crunchy chin chin: Do not add too much liquid.

Often times, people add too much liquid to the dough with the impression that it will make the chin chin soft after frying. The reality is that the chin chin will eventually get very hard.

Soft dough= hard chin chin

2 table spoons of determination
½ tsp hope
2 cups of faith
1 cup of peace

Can you name the actual ingredients?


Sift the love, add faith, hope and determination. Mix(rubbing in method) rub with your palms until a fine crumb is formed. Make a hole at the centre and add peace gradually. Mix until a stiff dough is formed.
