EGGLESS CHOCOLATE RECIPE

*1-1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
*1 cup white sugar
*1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
*1/3 cup vegetable oil
*1 cup water
*1 teaspoon baking soda
*1/8 teaspoon salt
*1 tablespoon vanilla extract

PROCEDURE
Preheat oven to 100Β° degrees.

Grease your pan and attach parchment paper.

In a large bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, soda, and salt. Add sugar and mix together.
Add oil, water, and vanilla and mix thoroughly.

Pour into a 8 inch pan. for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
