It was in her kitchen that this dream was planted. She passed on 41 years ago, but I wish every day that she were here to see her legacy blossom. Those hours by her side taught me so much more than baking – they instilled patience, creativity, and a deep-rooted love for the craft. Her influence lives on in every creation.
