BAKED CHIN CHIN
Flour 500g
Butter 150g
Sugar 80g
Baking powder 1/2tsp
Nutmeg 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Egg 1 large
Milk flavor 1 tbsp
Water 1/2 1/4 cup
PROCEDURE
_ Dissolve sugar with water and mix egg in a bowl and set aside for a moment.
_ seive Flour, salt, baking powder, nutmeg, powdered milk or milk flavor into a size able bowl then combine and set aside
_ rub in butter or margarine, make a well in the center then add the sugar mixture, mix until they bind together.
_ Place on a dusted work surface and knead for about 2minutes .
_ lightly dust your work surface with Flour and place the dough on the Floured surface then roll out a flat dough and cut with a pizza cutter in a cube shapes.
_spread on a baking tray and set in a preheated oven, bake slowly at 165-170•C
_once dry to stir, do this every 7-10 minutes continuously… and reduce heat to 160•C when almost ready so it gets evenly brown…
Fried chin - chin
Flour 250g
Butter 50g
Sugar 50g
Baking powder 1/4tsp
Nutmeg 1/2tsp
Salt 1/2tsp
Egg 30g
Milk flavor 1 tsp
Water 1/4 1/8 cup
Vegetable oil for frying
PROCEDURE
_ Dissolve sugar with water and mix egg in a bowl and set aside for a moment.
_ seive Flour, salt, baking powder, nutmeg, powdered milk or milk flavor into a size able bowl then combine and set aside
_ rub in butter or margarine, make a well in the center then add the sugar mixture, mix until they bind together.

_fry in hot oil until golden brown remove unto a sieve , serve.
