Long ago, in the whimsical world of “The Monsters,” a strange little creature named Labubu was born from the imagination of artist Kasing Lung. With wild hair, sharp teeth, and wide curious eyes, Labubu looked mischievous—like a naughty forest spirit who loved to explore and cause harmless trouble.
Kasing, inspired by fairy tales and childhood wonder, first sketched Labubu in his notebook. It was a character full of contradictions—scary yet cute, wild but lovable. When he teamed up with Pop Mart, a toy company in Hong Kong, Labubu came to life as a collectible vinyl toy.
The world quickly fell in love. Fans were drawn to Labubu’s odd charm, and soon, it appeared in many forms: pirates, astronauts, princesses—even dressed as food. Each figure came in a mystery box, turning collecting into a magical treasure hunt.
Today, Labubu isn’t just a toy—it’s a tiny piece of art, reminding people that it’s okay to be different, weird, and full of wonder. From shelves in Asia to homes across the world, Labubu’s wild grin keeps spreading joy, one collector at a time.
