Do you know this satisfaction that comes with coming through for a customer when it seemed time was really against you both? That was the experience with this cake.

The order was a last minute one that left us with just few hours to get through with all the work involved. It would have been a lot easier if we already had cakes on ground just waiting to be decorated but there was none. We had to start from scratch, baking, cooling, buttercream preparation etc. We had to make do with a team strength of just two persons as against our usual five. It was quite stressful but the great thing was that we pulled it off and even got it ready a good two hours ahead of the agreed time💃

Have you ever experienced such a short notice order before whereby you were unsure of your ability to meet up with time? How were you able to pull it off
