WHY DO YOU HATE CAKES?
Or should I say why do you rarely take cakes?🌚
Well, before I look at your views on why you hate cakes, please spare me a minute to talk about some healthy benefits of eating cakes.
I will start by saying that for you to have this healthy benefits from cakes, it starts with where you are taking your cake from.
As sad as it may sound, not everyone baker or vendor use fresh and healthy ingredients for their baking. And this is like a basic foundation to eating a healthy cake.
Cakes are rich in carbohydrates and protein because of the presence of sugar and flour used in baking. The presence of milk, eggs some proteinous nuts like groundnut, cashew nuts, almond etc are good source of calcium to the body and of cause very healthy.
Cakes aid in digestion, this is why most restaurant, mostly 5 ⭐ hotels serve cake as dessert. However not all cakes aid in digestion, it is mostly cakes that are made with fruits that contain fiber like carrots, apple, banana etc.
There also help you in your weight loss journey. Yes! You heard that, don't give me that look😄🌚.
Well one condition to this is to take a slice of cake in the morning, reason is that this helps to improve your body metabolism.
Cakes help reduce depression. There are some catalyst that are contained in cakes that helps to beat down depression and to make you happy, it simply boost your "feel good hormone"(dopamine).
Also the presence of fats and oil in cakes gives you warmth and energy.
So I will love to stop here, I don't want to make this a long read but I guess it is already 😂.
So back to my question, after all these healthy benefits from cakes, WHY DO YOU HATE CAKES?
