I've been on Holiday away from town since the close of the Session(so you dunno I'm a student?๐)
I needed time and space to cool my head off from the stress associated with the session and business(this particular one stress gan).
I couldn't do business since I was away, fortunately for me, my lovely customers understood and are all waiting for me to come back so they can choke me with their orders๐
๐uring my stay in the house, I became intentional about the words I consume and profess...I'm a perfectionist so I tend to talk myself down whenever I don't do anything to my satisfaction. Gradually I started unlearning them, instead of condemning, I criticize and give myself room for improvement and it's been mentally satisfying..my business means so much to me and I don't take chances with it because I want my customer to always feel the love while consuming any of my products.
๐'ve had this idea of posting daily words of Affirmation on my story to always keep me on track. In this our present economy, trust me you don't want to be going through series of mental breakdown..I will start posting from tomorrow and I hope you go through them everyday because they'll really help keep you on track.
