Hey guys! So i was just mulling over the recent trends in the baking industry. For the longest of time, flowers on cake have had all of us enchanted and then ganache(melted chocolate and whipped cream/heavy whipping cream) what you probably know as 'chocolate drip' came on board. Now, its mirror-glazed cakes. Hmm, okay oh but seriously, talk about beauty, this current icing style is truly a wonder.
