HOW TO MAKE MULTI PURPOSE LIQUID SOAP AT HOME

Ingredients:
20 liters of water
52g STTP (Sodium Tripolyphosphate)
200g Soda Ash (Sodium Carbonate)
50g Caustic Soda (Sodium Hydroxide)
100g SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate)
20g Color (dye or pigment)
100g Nitrosol (a thickening agent)
500g Sulphonic Acid (a pH adjuster)
100g Texapon (a surfactant)
300g Foam Booster (a foaming agent)
20g Fragrance (fragrance oil)

Instructions:
1. Mix 52g of STTP, 200g of Soda Ash, 50g of Caustic Soda with 2 liters of water and set aside. Remove 2 liters from the original 20 liters.
2. Dissolve 100g of SLS in 2 liters of water and set aside. Remove 2 liters from the remaining 18 liters.
3. Dissolve 20g of Color in 400ml of water and set aside. Remove 400ml from the remaining 16 liters.
4. Mix 100g of Nitrosol with the remaining 16 liters of water.
5. Add 500g of Sulphonic Acid,100g of Texapon and mix well.
6. Add the previously dissolved SLS, and Caustic Soda mixtures.
7. Add 300g of Foam Booster and mix well.
8. Add the previously dissolved color and mix well.
9. Add 20g of Fragrance and mix well.

Note: Please ensure to wear protective gear, including gloves, goggles and face mask and work in a well-ventilated area

KULI KULI RECIPE


4 cup of groundnut
4 teaspoon grounded pepper/lil quantity of dried pepper
4teaspoon grated ginger/dried ginger
Salt to taste
oil for frying
That's the oil extracted from it

Procedure

Soak the groundnut in warm water with salt for 20mins and sun dry

Roast the groundnut once it is dry and peel the skin

Blend the groundnut with the pepper and ginger

sprinkle water on the grounded groundnut to remove excess oil
The more oil extracted the crunchier your Kulikuli

Roll into your desire shape and fry inside the oil

Note:Use dried ginger instead of fresh ginger
You can add sugar too to add more taste

TEA SCONES RECIPE
◇3 Cups all-purpose flour
◇1 Cup sugar
◇1/2 Cup butter or margarine
◇2 Eggs
◇2 teaspoons baking powder
◇300 mls milk
◇1 teaspoon vanilla extract
◇1 teaspoon ginger powder
◇A pinch of salt

1.In a large basin put the Flour, baking powder, sugar ,ginger powder, salt and mix them well .

2.Add the butter or margarine and mix with your hands .

3.Add 1 beaten egg & Milk mixed with vanilla extract then start kneading the dough until it's very soft and not sticking on the basin.about 15minutes.

4.Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface, use a cup or glass to cut the scones into round shapes .

5.Beat the remaining egg with little milk then brush the scones with the egg&milk mixture.

6.Place the scones in a greased baking tray and bake them in a preheated oven for 25 -30 minutes at 170degrees Celsius.

Nb.Start checking if they are ready once they start turning golden brown on top and sweet aroma coming from the oven.once you remove them from the oven, brush them with margarine or butter

Soft and Fluffy Hotdog Rolls Recipe

Ingredients (Makes about 8 rolls)

For the dough:

All-purpose flour (or bread flour) – 3 ½ cups (440g)

Instant yeast – 2 ¼ tsp (1 packet)

Sugar – ¼ cup (50g)

Salt – 1 tsp

Warm milk (about 110°F or 45°C) – ¾ cup (180ml)

Warm water – ¼ cup (60ml)

Unsalted butter, softened – ¼ cup (55g)

Large egg – 1

For the egg wash:

Egg yolk – 1

Milk – 1 tbsp

Instructions

Activate the yeast (If using active dry yeast)
Mix warm milk, warm water, and sugar in a small bowl. Sprinkle the yeast over the top, stir, and let it sit until foamy (about 5–10 minutes).

Mix the dough
In a large bowl or stand mixer, combine the flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture (or instant yeast if using). Add the egg and softened butter. Knead for about 8–10 minutes (by hand or with a dough hook) until the dough is smooth and elastic. If the dough is too sticky, add a little flour (1 tbsp at a time).

First rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise until it doubles in size (about 1–1.5 hours).

Shape the rolls
Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a log about 6 inches long. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving some space between them.

Second rise
Cover and let them rise again until puffy (about 30–40 minutes).

Egg wash and bake
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix the egg yolk and milk, then brush it over the rolls for a golden finish. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool and serve
Let them cool slightly before slicing and filling with hotdogs

Ingredients:

For the Vanilla Cake (Bride's Side):

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

2 ½ teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 cup whole milk

For the Chocolate Cake (Groom's Side):

2 cups all-purpose flour

¾ cup cocoa powder

2 teaspoons baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup buttermilk

For the Frosting:

2 cups unsalted butter, softened

5 cups powdered sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

3 tablespoons heavy cream

½ cup cocoa powder (for chocolate frosting)

For Decoration:

White fondant (for the bride’s dress design)

Black fondant (for the groom’s tuxedo design)

Edible pearls and decorative accents

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Vanilla Cake:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour one 9-inch cake pan.

In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.

Gradually add flour mixture, alternating with milk. Mix until smooth.

Pour into the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool completely.

2. Prepare the Chocolate Cake:

Grease and flour another 9-inch cake pan.

In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.

Alternate adding the flour mixture and buttermilk until smooth.

Pour into the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool completely.

3. Make the Frosting:

Beat butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, then vanilla and heavy cream.

Divide the frosting into two bowls. Add cocoa powder to one for chocolate frosting.

4. Assemble and Decorate:

Place the vanilla cake on one side and the chocolate cake on the other.

Frost each side with its respective frosting.

Use white fondant to design the bride’s dress side, adding pearls for elegance.

Cover the groom’s side with black fondant, shaping it like a tuxedo with a bow tie.

Add finishing decorative touches.

Curry and Time
Seasoning

PREPARATION
Hit up Vegetable oil in a pan
Add onions and stir as You blend your peppermix
Add your peppermix and stir to Fry for 20mins
Add your seasoning (Curry powder,thyme and knife chicken)
Add Salt to taste
Then add your freshly sliced and washed Vegetable
Add Your boiled eggs
Add your fried chicken/turkey and fish
Stir everything to marry each other
Your delicious Vegetable source is Ready
