BEHIND EVERY HARDWORKING WOMAN IS A DREAM SHE IS FIGHTING TO ACHIEVE ❤️

Sometimes, when you see a woman working hard to build her business, you may not understand the reason behind her consistency.

You see her posting every day, talking about her products, looking for customers, and trying different ways to grow her business.

But behind all those posts is a woman with dreams, responsibilities, and a family.

I am a wife, a mother, and a businesswoman. I have dreams I want to achieve, and I know that getting there will require hard work, patience, and God's grace.

KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT THE BUSINESS YOU ARE DOING!

Let me tell you how my day started today. 🥹

We had an urgent order to produce Miella peanut burger . The groundnuts arrived yesterday, and we needed to start processing them today.

Everything was set, but there was one problem. The person who helps me with selecting the groundnuts didn't show up.

I had to do the selection myself and still handle the entire production process because the order had to be ready. There was no time to waste!

But you know what? We kept moving. 💪❤️

And that experience reminded me of something I want every business owner to learn.

Whatever business you are doing, make sure you understand every important part of that business.

Yes, you may have workers. You may have people helping you. You may even have people handling certain aspects of the business for you. But please, don't be completely helpless when they are unavailable.

If you own a fashion house, learn how to sew. Even if you have tailors working for you, understand the sewing process.

If you own a bakery, understand how your products are made.

If you are into food production like me, understand your production process from beginning to end.

You don't necessarily have to do everything yourself every day, but you should know enough to step in when the need arises.

Because sometimes, your worker may fall sick. Someone may have an emergency. Someone may disappoint you when you least expect it.

And what happens to your business?

Does everything have to stop because one person is unavailable?

No! Your business must keep moving.

Remember, you are the business owner. You should understand the business well enough to know when things are going wrong and how to put them right.

As for me, today reminded

I WAS PREGNANT, BUT I STILL HAD A DREAM. ❤️🥹

There was a time I would walk from one office to another in Awka, selling my peanut burger.

I was pregnant.

I could have decided that because I was pregnant, I should forget about marketing my business until after childbirth.

But I knew I had a dream I wanted to pursue.

I wanted to build something of my own.

I wanted to see my peanut burger grow beyond what it was at that time.

I wanted to build a brand that people could recognise and trust.

I remember going from office to office to introduce my product to people.

Whenever I remember that period, I am reminded that building a business is not always convenient.

Sometimes, you have to keep working with the little strength and resources you have.

Today, I am still on this journey.

I am still trying to grow Miella peanut burger
I am still looking for more customers.
I am still dreaming of seeing my products in more shops and supermarkets.

I have not arrived where I want to be, but I refuse to despise where I am.

If you are a woman with a dream, please don't conclude that your dream is over because life has become demanding.

Your journey may take time, and you may need to adjust your plans, but don't stop believing that you can build something meaningful.

One day, I want to look back at this season and smile at how far God has brought me.
