I woke up craving meat pepper soup and not just any kind of pepper soup oooo. Na somebody’s jimmy 🐾🦴🐶.
As Akwa ibom pikin nobody prepares it well than my maternal grandmother but anyway, I will manage this one from this joint close to my house.

You might think being the big bodied sibling is cute until you found out that you’re always the victïm of unretrievable missing clothes. Because the junior and the senior siblings must have slim fitted your clothes and cut out the allowance, that you won’t have any other choice than to go and get another one.

My siblings dealt with me during our university days. Especially my immediate elder sister 😂😂😂😂. Now they are all married and fat. Guess who’s on a revengè mission 😂😂😂😂. What God can’t can’t do, doesn’t exist. Their only savior is that they like girlie clothes while I love baggy pants and polo. Na their husbands go suffer am 😈😈😹.

Do I think croaker fish is overrated?

😂 Honestly? A little bit, yes.

Croaker is good, but I think Nigerians sometimes give it too much celebrity status.
I know It has:

* A nice, mild flavour
* Relatively firm flesh
* Fewer annoying tiny bones than some other fish
* A texture that works really well fried, grilled, or in pepper soup. But is it the greatest fish ever? Abeg, let’s calm down. 😂

For me, fresh catfish, snapper, barracuda, or even properly fried mackerel can give croaker serious competition depending on the dish.

And croaker has one major issue: the price can make you expect a life-changing experience, then you eat it and think, “So na this?” 😭😂

Croaker has been walking around with too much PR. The fish is good, yes—but sometimes the price + hype makes you expect a spiritual experience. 😭

Buttercream isn’t necessarily cheaper because buttercream costs less. Fondant isn’t necessarily expensive because fondant costs more. The real difference is the amount of work, time, skill and detail required to create the finished cake.

And this is why I would strongly advise you, as a sugar artist, not to price your cakes by ingredient cost alone. Your biggest hidden expense is often your labour.

When you are running late on a delivery then BOOM!!!, you are out of cakebox. And the only available one is a 12” cake box to box a 6” cake.
Relax, na me be the queen of improvisation and the 12” box later served its purpose. Cake closed!!!!!

Not every child shines in mathematics or literature. Some discover their passion through music, baking, coding, sports, photography, art, or drama. Extracurricular activities provide opportunities to uncover gifts that may become future careers.
My student covered the dummy and showed them how to make mushroom and my babies decorated the rest.

They really had fun 🥰🥰🥰
