Beginner Training Class: Learn How to Bake and Decorate Cakes.
Join us for a one month baking and cake decorating class starting on July 1st to July 31st,
10 AM to 4 PM.
Course Outline:
- Basics of Baking – Ingredients, Tools, and Techniques
- Different cake recipes/flavors (Vanilla, red velvet, chocolate, carrot cake,fruitcake and marble cake
- Cake Baking – Recipes and Methods
- Basic Decorating – Frosting, Piping, and Simple Designs
- Advanced Decorating – Fondant and Custom Designs
After the training, each student will have a project to work on.
