Evaporated Milk Flavoured Cake Recipe

Ingredients
300g of Flour
200g of Sugar
250g of Margarine
5 Eggs
⅔ cup or 150ml of Any Good Branded Rich Evaporated Milk
¼ teaspoon of Salt
1½ teaspoon of Baking Powder
1 teaspoon of Corn Flour

Procedure
- Sift flour +baking powder +corn flour into a bowl
And add the salt..
- Cream sugar and margarine together till very light and fluffy
- Whisk the eggs with the evaporated with fork and not mixer for like 2 to 3 mins till both of them blends
- Then Alternate the wet mixture with the flour mixture into the creamed sugar and margarine
- Then mix thoroughly and scoop batter into prepared pan/pans and bake it till its firm to touch.
