This is not to say that a woman must be financially perfect before she gets married, neither am I saying that married women who depend on their husbands are doing something wrong. Every marriage and every family’s situation is different, and we should respect that.

But to every single woman reading this: please don’t rush into marriage because you’re afraid of being alone or because everyone around you is getting married. Take your time to know yourself, build yourself, and prepare yourself emotionally, mentally, and financially.

Marriage should be a beautiful partnership, not an escape from financial struggles, loneliness, or pressure.

And to those already married, this isn’t a judgment on your journey. ❤️ We are all navigating life differently.
