CHIN CHIN RECIPE
500g of flour
100g of sugar
100g of butter
100g of powdered milk
1/2tsp of baking powder
1/2table spoon of milk flavor
A pinch of salt
¼ tsp of Nutmeg
Water 190ml
Oil for frying

PROCEDURE
In a bowl sieve in your flour and mix with all dry ingredients including sugar. Then add your butter and mix very, add water and mix, knead very well, cut to your desired shapes and fry till it is golden brown.
