JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
2. Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
3. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
4. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
5. Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
6. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
7. Provides information by answering questions and requests.
8. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
9. Prepare and monitor invoices.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
1. High school diploma or equivalent education required
2. 1 year of administrative assistant experience
3. Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
4. Organized, detail-oriented, with ability to multi-task.
