Hi to all. Today menu is Cucur Udang. This traditional food need to be cook with slow heat, and the main ingredients are flour, parsley and prawn. ' Udang' means prawn.

Apam Nasi made from flour and rice. The rice is fermented for 2 nights and the results is this little Apam will have soft and fluffy texture with combination of salty and sour taste. To balance the taste, I'm adding the grind coconut and coating the Apam. And there, we have the sweet taste. As sweet as you😉.
