How to make garlic & herbs butter
Can spread on bread and eat directly, use in bread and bagels making as inclusion

Pineapple Tart

Jam recipe:
5-6 fresh pineapple
150-200g sugar (to personal taste)
1 cinnamon stick
5g salt

Blend pineapple till fine.
Add all above into pan.
Cook till dry on medium heat.
Once cool, roll into 10g ball.

Pastry recipe:
350g butter
50g icing sugar
4 egg yolks
450g all-purpose flour
50g corn flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
5g salt
4 tbsp cold water

Beat butter and sugar till pale.
All yolk 1 by 1.
Add salt n vanilla extract.
Add 1/4 flour, 1 tbsp cold water alternately.
Rest dough in fridge for 20min.
Divide into 11g pastry ball.

Egg wash: 1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp milk

Bake 160℃ 10mins
Egg wash
Bake 160℃ for another 10mins
Egg wash again
Final bake 180℃ 10-12mins
