Experimenting with the number and timing of C/Fs… I think the previous project turned out much better than this one. This batch had 5 coil folds, with the second fold done when the dough hadn’t relaxed well yet, at a 15-minute interval. Keeping this here for future reference 😉😉😉

Kerteh-bound! 🥖🚗💨

Just because we’ve been quiet doesn’t mean we’ve been idle. 😂 Sometimes, there’s simply no time to post or update on social media because there’s just so much going on behind the scenes. And honestly, work is still very much on top of my head! 😂😂

Not every bake turns out the way I hope, but every loaf teaches me something.

Hopefully, my next bake will give me the results I’m looking for. 🤲🏻

Even while being incredibly busy baking thousands of chocolate chip cookies for wedding doorgifts, I still manage to fit in numerous sourdough and pandesal orders. Shukr alhamdulillah for the endless blessings and help that come from Allah SWT 🤲🏻
