🔅Make something work TOGETHER required 🔅👇👇

Some said communication not needed, wrong move/problem doesn‘t need to be reflected. Hence, we could see how they keep falling in the same loop and still doesn't know why.

Making something work required healthy state of mind✨️
(Not saying toxic positivity ya~🙂‍↔️)
🙅‍♀️Not having no conflict
🙅‍♀️Not only giving in at own conveniences
✅️But how we make it through with the same direction, neither supporting blindly nor keeping quiet but pointing out and speaking up.

With A LOT of COMMUNICATION to UNDERSTAND from each other POV, and client POV, not assumption.
(Yeaa and so we had many voice messages when we lazy to type 😆which actually save timing when we run the whole communication for the event totally through message only🤭)

Started with speaking up our thought, hence, 𝘸𝘦 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘪𝘵, 𝘰𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯💖
Helping each other towards achievement🎊
Not with perfection, but with a lot of consideration in different perspective and showing up along the way

❌️When no communication, nothing works

AI很好，但依然觉得需要善用 而不是滥用

Xhs本身用得好 也是个很好的平台
不管是学习，找资源
甚至把顾客带来
前提是 -- 我们有没有了解平台如何运作

虽然说不上很会用xhs
也还很多不了解，不精通，也一直在摸索
也被禁言过好几次🥲
（因为规则一直在改变，更严厉）

但实在话，xhs有没有带来客源？
是有的！
觉得xhs不work的，从来不是平台问题
我们不会/用错方式 不等于 平台的问题
在于有没有找对方式
有没有愿意花心思去了解，去学习
而不是归咎成他人/平台问题

每个平台都有它运作的方式
前提是，学习的意愿
只停留在旧模式 不愿进步的
那就没办法啦🫣

世界一直在前行
不进则退
但也要保持初心，才能平衡（这非常不简单）
太多太多 等着我们在每个阶段去学习＆upgrade✨️😎
