Ways to Enjoy the Spicy Samyang Hot Chicken Ramen

A few years ago, I learned from my Korean friends that Shin Ramyun (신 라면) was the spiciest Korean instant noodle. But these days, it seems like Buldak-bokkeum-myun (불닭볶음면) is the new king of Korean spicy noodles. Since it is stir-fried noodles, you remove the soup you boil it in… which makes all the spicy sauce stick to the noodles. It’s painfully spicy… but somehow still delicious.

So here is some tips on ways to eating these king of spicy
1. Add cheese– Mix it into the noodles well!

2. Add an egg– Cooked or uncooked. Whatever you prefer.

3. Add Japaghetti– It’s like you have spicy Japaghetti!

4. Add Tuna and Mayo– 1/2~1 can of tuna and some mayo. So delicious~~ ❤

5. Add cheese and a rice ball– go to a convenience store and grab a cup of 불닭볶음면, some string cheese, and a rice ball. In some convenience stores, there’s a rice ball designated for these noodles.

6. Add rice cakes (떡)– It’s like the same as 라볶이(ramen+ddeokboggi), which is sold in most Korean fast food places.

7. Add it on top of a rice bowl– Donburi style! So much carb

There are a lots of other ways to eat this ramen. The stated one in the above are some ways to eat it.

HOW TO COOK SAMYANG SPICY RAMEN

Hi guys, im going to post about something which might seem a little less important but actually really important in making the best ramen. Not everyone knows how to make it. There is a technique in making it as we want to eat it as maximum as we could as it is really spicy. There is really easy steps in making the best and delicious ramen.

So here is the recipe:
1.Boil 2 to 3 cups of water.
2.Put the noodles on the boiling water for 3 minutes, or until the noodles fit your taste.
3.Once the noodles are cooked, pour out the water. Leave 3-4 teaspoons of water on the pot.
4.Pour the red packet of seasoning on the still cooking noodles. 5.It can be extremely spicy, so be careful!
6.Stir, stir, stir!
7.Once cooked, place it on a plate and sprinkle it with dried seaweed and sesame seed, which was in the other packet.

This is the most favourite ways of making Samyang Spicy Ramen. it is really easy to make with just boiling and stir! Can be prepared in only less than 5 minutes.

Our Fabulous Recipe on Making Blueberry Cheese Tart

Sharing some tips on how to make this simple yet mouthwatering desserts. Our recipe from a baker that baked with love.

So here is the recipe!

To make sweet pastry (total weight of pastry is about 780g):
200g butter, cubed
100g icing sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 egg
420g flour
1 tablespoon milk powder

To make blueberry cheese tarts:
300g sweet pastry

Filing:
250g cream cheese
50g sugar
25g butter
1 egg
25g whipping cream
20g flour

Topping:
Canned blueberry jam
Apricot gel for glazing (optional)

Method:
To make sweet pastry:
1. Cream butter, icing sugar and vanilla essence lightly and add in egg. Cream until smooth.

2. Add in flour and milk powder and mix until well blended.

This recipe will yield 780g sweet pastry.

To make blueberry cheese tarts:
1. Divide 300g sweet pastry into 10 balls (30g each).

2. Press the sweet pastry ball into the 3″ diameter tart mould. Repeat for the remaining tart mould.

3. Prick some holes onto the pastry shell and bake at 190oC for 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Leave it to cool. Note: I baked mine for 11 minutes only.

4. To make filling, cream sugar, butter and cream cheese until light and smooth.

5. Add in egg and cream until well blended.

6. Add in whipping cream and mix until well combined. Note: I too a short cut and use milk power+water instead.

7. Lastly add in flour and mix until well incorporated.

8. Place the cheese filling into the baked pastry shells. Place a teaspoon blueberry jam onto it and swirl with toothpick into a marbling effect.

9. Bake at 200oC for 10-12 minutes. Note: I baked mine at 180oC for 10 minutes but it’s slightly overbaked (dry on the surface). Might adjust the time to 8 minutes next time. Note: Over baking will cause cheese surface to crack.

10. Once the tarts are cool, brush the surface with apricot gel to make it look attractive.
