Red Chocolate Cheesecake...💞
B*k kali dia order and selalu kena reject. Recently my time agak constraint. Ini pun sy curi² time yg ada utk buatkan 😬. But it's ok, sesekali kita tunaikan permintaan customer yg baik mcm dia ni 🥰.
This cake has been on the Tokmahcakes menu for a few years. Dulu pernah sy buat for bake sale in slices. Many of my customers panggil this cake RCC 😍😅. Lama juga tak baked this cake. Sejak umur makin banyak ni nak buat kek simple² je kalau boleh 🫣🤭😅
Red Chocolate Cheesecake ni agak remeh dan renyah utk sy buat. Dia ada 3 jenis kek dlm sebiji kek. The top layer is red velvet, the middle layer is white chocolate cheese cake and the bottom layer is dark chocolate cake. Cake is covered with cream cheese utk whole cake. Ada sedikit chocolate cheesecake utk layer antara dark chocolate and cheesecake.
Design mcm biasa, sy buat simple aje. I'm not a cake designer. Sy focus pada taste of the cake. That's my strength ☺️. Sy cuma nak makan kek sedap. Bahan sy guna pun moderately premium. Not on the high end. I want to make it affordable and customers are happy to consume kek yg sedap.
