Send personal message or PM your email address and phone no.
2. Send an email to [email protected] with details info include your name, address, contact no, email add, size, code no. & quantity
4. I will check the stock availability and reply the status via email or PM asap.
5. Bank account number will be given through an email or PM after the orders are confirmed
6. Once payment was recei

ved, the item will be ship out according to the delivery schedule.
7. Please take note that I only ship out the items once a week (Thursday)

All prices excluded delivery postage
Customer need to bare for the postage expenses

Shipping Cost 1 : For 2 item and below : RM7.00 for Semenanjung Malaysia and RM 9.00 for Sabah n Sarawak. Shipping Cost 2 : For 3 item and above - As per charges by courrier service-will informed u later. All items will be shipped once payment is verified

1. No refund & no return policy (unless wrong item received)
2. Booking will be cancel if payment not received within 2 days
3. Petunia Flower has a right to release the booking item to the other customer without prior notice if payment not received within 2 days from the booking date
4. For Pre Order items, full payment are required upon confirmation of
the orders
5. For any item from overseas, you may place your order for Pre Order only if you are willing to wait for the shipment. Some delay might be possible for that.
6. In the case out of stock for your Pre-Order items, your money will be
fully refunded.
7. Once the items are shipped out, Petunia Flower will held no responsibility for any losing of item or damaged of items due to courier service or third party fault. Please read this very carefully before placing any orders.
