After two days of final packing & sealing (and a little much-needed rest),
weโ€™re happy to share that our traditionally made Pineapple Tarts are officially sold out.

Many have told us itโ€™s an incredible amount of work for the price we sell them at โ€”
but we are deeply proud to carry on our late grandmotherโ€™s recipe, now enjoyed by so many of you.

Each pineapple tart you purchased was made with immense care and intention by our small team of five.
From slicing fresh pineapples, shredding them by hand, and slow-cooking the jam to achieve the perfect texture โ€”
to measuring, rolling, and shaping every buttery crust individually before baking, packing, and sealing.

Every step was done thoughtfully and meticulously, because we believe something meant for your festive table deserves nothing less.
