Chocolate Coffee Ice Cream Cake | Resepi Paling Kopi dan Mudah!
Chocolate Sponge Cake
Ingredients
• 250g eggs
• 80g water
• 250g BWY Chocolate Sponge Cake Mix
• 30g Chocolate Chip Mini
• 45g oil
Method
1. In a mixing bowl, pour in eggs, water and BWY Chocolate Sponge Cake Mix. Whisk on top speed for 7 - 8 minutes.
3. Add in oil and fold until well blended.
4. Once done, pour the batter into 8 inch mould and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Coffee Ice Cream
Ingredients
• 500g fresh milk
• 180g sugar
• 4 egg yolk
• 3tbsp instant coffee
• 30g corn flour
• 1tbsp kularome coffee
• 250g Whip Fresh Non-Dairy Whipping Cream
• 30g Chocolate Chip Mini
Method
1. In a pan, pour in fresh milk, sugar, egg yolk and mix well (heat off).
2. Add in insant coffee, corn flour and mix well blended (heat off).
3. Turn on heat and cook the mixture until thicken, constantly stirring.
4. Once done, sieve the mixture, add kularome coffee and mix well. Once done, let it completely cool off. Cover with cling wrap.
5. Once ice cream mixture has cool off, mix with whipping cream until well combined. Add in chocolate chip mini and mix well.
6. Pour into 8 inch mould and keep in freezer overnight.
Chocolate Ganache
50g chocolate cream + 30g Whip Fresh Non-Dairy whipping cream
Combine
1. To combine the cake and ice cream, cut chocolate sponge cake into 3 layer. We will only use 2 layers.
2. Arrange the cake at this sequence: sponge cake > whipping cream > frozen ice cream > whipping cream > sponge cake.
3. Coat cake with whipping cream except for the top part.
4. Pipe the chocolate ganache around the top edge of the cake and wait for it to set.
5. Turn the cake upside down.
6. Cover the top part with whipping cream, spread chocolate cream and sprinkle chocolate chip mini along the edges.
7. Done! Enjoy with family and friends.
