Kek Chiffon Pandan with Homemade Kaya | Resepi Paling Mudah dan Senang!

Ingredients
Vanilla Sponge Cake
• 250g BWY Vanilla Sponge Cake Mix
• 250g eggs
• 60g pandan juice
• 1/2 tbsp pandan emulco
• 60g oil
Homemade Kaya
• 200g pandan juice
• 200g water
• 130g sugar
• 120g coconut milk
• 1tsp pandan emulco
• 120g milk
• 60g hoen kwe flour

Method
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, pandan juice and BWY Vanilla Sponge Cake Mix at top speed for 10 minutes.
2. Add in pandan emulco and fold until well blended, add in oil and fold until well blended.
3. Pour batter into 22cm chiffon mould and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
4. Once baked, let if cool off. Once cool off, cut into 3 layer.
5. To make the homemade kaya, cook pandan juice, water and sugar until boiling.
6. Add in coconut milk, pandan emulco, milk, hoen kwe flour and cook until thicken.
7. Using the same chiffon mould, arrange the cake following this sequence: cake > homemade kaya > cake > homemade kaya > cake. Do this steps while the homemade kaya is still hot. Once done, keep in chiller for 30 minutes.
8. Once done, coat cake with whipping cream (added pandan juice) and sprinkle coconut flakes on top.
9. Done, enjoy with family and friends!

Hokkaido Gula Melaka | Resepi Paling Melaka dan Mudah!

Ingredients (yield 12pcs)
Vanilla Sponge Cake
• 250g BWY Vanilla Sponge Cake Mix
• 250g eggs
• 60g pandan juice
• 1/2 tbsp pandan emulco
• 60g oil
Gula Melaka Cream
• 60g pandan juice
• 60g gula melaka
• 1/2 tbsp gula melaka emulco
• 120g Whip Fresh Non-Dairy Whipping Cream
• Hawaian coconut flakes (optional)
• Gula melaka syrup (optional)

Method
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, pandan juice and BWY Vanilla Sponge Cake Mix at top speed for 7 - 8 minutes or until fluffy.
2. Add in pandan emulco and fold until well blended, add in oil and fold until well blended.
3. Pour batter into paper cup and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
4. Next, to make the gula melaka cream, cook pandan juice and gula melaka together until gula melaka fully dissolved.
5. Off heat, add in gula melaka emulco and mix well. Let it cool off for a while.
6. Once it cool off, pour into whipped whipping cream and mix until well blended.
7. Pipe the cream into the hokkaido cake once the cake cool off. Top with the balance gula melaka cream and sprinkle hawaiian coconut flakes and gula melaka syrup as you like.
8. Done! Enjoy with friends and family.

Black Forest Cake | Resepi Paling Mudah dan Senang

Chocolate Sponge Cake
Ingredients
• 250g eggs
• 80g water
• 250g BWY Chocolate Sponge Cake Mix
• 45g oil
Method
1. In a mixing bowl, pour in eggs, water and BWY Chocolate Sponge Cake Mix. Whisk on top speed for 7 - 8 minutes.
3. Add in oil and fold until well blended.
4. Once done, pour the batter into 8 inch mould and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.

Cherry Sauce
Ingredients
• 150g dark cherry syrup (from Pitted Dark Sweet Cherries)
• 20g corn flour
• 200g dark cherry fruits (from Pitted Dark Sweet Cherries)
Method
1. In a pan, mix dark cherry syrup with corn flour. Once mix well, cook until thicken.
2. Add in dark cherry fruits and mix until blended (heat off).

Black Forest Cake
Ingredients
• 300g Whip Fresh Non-Dairy Whipping Cream
• Mini Dark Chocolate Chips
• Cottura Dark Chocolate Compound Bar
Method
1. Cut chocolate sponge cake into 3 layers.
2. For the first layer, lightly dab dark cherry syrup. Then spread the ingredients in this sequence: whipping cream > cherry sauce > whipping cream. Repeat the same steps for the second layer.
3. Place the third layer and lightly dab dark cherry syrup.
4. Fully coat the cake with whipping cream and sprinkle mini chocolate chips around the sides of the cake, covering about a quarter of the height.
5. Decorate the cake by piping whipping cream, then add shaved Cottura dark chocolate compound and cherries.
6. Done! Enjoy with friends and family.

Chocolate Coffee Ice Cream Cake | Resepi Paling Kopi dan Mudah!

Chocolate Sponge Cake
Ingredients
• 250g eggs
• 80g water
• 250g BWY Chocolate Sponge Cake Mix
• 30g Chocolate Chip Mini
• 45g oil
Method
1. In a mixing bowl, pour in eggs, water and BWY Chocolate Sponge Cake Mix. Whisk on top speed for 7 - 8 minutes.
3. Add in oil and fold until well blended.
4. Once done, pour the batter into 8 inch mould and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.

Coffee Ice Cream
Ingredients
• 500g fresh milk
• 180g sugar
• 4 egg yolk
• 3tbsp instant coffee
• 30g corn flour
• 1tbsp kularome coffee
• 250g Whip Fresh Non-Dairy Whipping Cream
• 30g Chocolate Chip Mini
Method
1. In a pan, pour in fresh milk, sugar, egg yolk and mix well (heat off).
2. Add in insant coffee, corn flour and mix well blended (heat off).
3. Turn on heat and cook the mixture until thicken, constantly stirring.
4. Once done, sieve the mixture, add kularome coffee and mix well. Once done, let it completely cool off. Cover with cling wrap.
5. Once ice cream mixture has cool off, mix with whipping cream until well combined. Add in chocolate chip mini and mix well.
6. Pour into 8 inch mould and keep in freezer overnight.

Chocolate Ganache
50g chocolate cream + 30g Whip Fresh Non-Dairy whipping cream

Combine
1. To combine the cake and ice cream, cut chocolate sponge cake into 3 layer. We will only use 2 layers.
2. Arrange the cake at this sequence: sponge cake > whipping cream > frozen ice cream > whipping cream > sponge cake.
3. Coat cake with whipping cream except for the top part.
4. Pipe the chocolate ganache around the top edge of the cake and wait for it to set.
5. Turn the cake upside down.
6. Cover the top part with whipping cream, spread chocolate cream and sprinkle chocolate chip mini along the edges.
7. Done! Enjoy with family and friends.

Chocolate Chiffon Cake

Ingredients (yield 1pc)
• 250g eggs
• 80g water
• 250g BWY Chocolate Sponge Cake Mix
• 30g Chocolate Chip Mini
• 45g oil

Method
1. In a mixing bowl, pour in eggs, water and BWY Chocolate Sponge Cake Mix. Whisk on top speed for 10 minutes.
2. Add in Chocolate Chip Mini and fold until well blended.
3. Add in oil and fold until well blended.
4. Once done, pour the batter into 22cm chiffon mould and sprinkle chocolate chip mini on top for extra chocolaty taste.
5. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
6. Once baked, placed the mould upside side down to keep the cake fluffy and let it cool off.
7. Done! Enjoy with family and friends!

Pancake Kurma | Resepi Paling Mudah dan Senang!

Ingrediets (Yield 50pcs)
• 230g BWY Pancake / Waffle Mix
• 20g Date Powder
• 80g egg
• 190g water
• Date Syrup

Method
1. In a bowl, mix BWY Pancake / Waffle Mix and Date Powder together.
2. Add in egg and water and whisk until just combined and smooth.
3. Pour batter into a preheated non-stick pan. Cook until bubbly, fluffy and golden brown underneath.
4. Flip the pancake and cook until fluffy and golden brown underneath.
5. Done! Enjoy the pancake with Date Syrup. Adjust the syrup thickness with water as you like.

Roti Bun Aneka Filling | Resepi Paling Lembut & Tahan

Filling Ingredients
• Ikan Bilis Filling Ready-To-Use Pack
• Curry Chicken Filling Ready-To-Use Pack
• Curry Potato Filling Ready-To-Use Pack

Bread Recipe:
Sponge Dough
• 500g BWY Bread Flour
• 6g Instant Yeast
• 320g Cold Water
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients for the sponge dough until smooth dough forms.
2. Ferment the sponge dough for 3-4 hours or keep overnight in the fridge (cover the dough).

Bread Dough
• 300g BWY Bread Flour
• 12g Instant Yeast
• 12g Salt
• 160g Sugar
• 12g Soft Pro (bread improver)
• 30g Full Cream Milk Powder
• 100ml Cold Water
• 1 Egg
• 120g Unsalted Butter
Method :
1. In a mixing bowl, pour in BWY Bread Flour, sugar, instant yeast, salt, full cream milk powder, Soft Pro Bread Improver and mix well.
2. Add in water and egg and mix until combined.
3. Add in fermented sponge dough and mix until combined.
4. Add in unsalted butter and mix until dough fully developed (Windowpane stage).
5. Once done, rest for 10 minutes (with cover)
6. To make 6pcs in 1set, divide each dough at 30g and round the dough.
7. To make 1pc, divide each dough at 50g and round the dough.
8. Rest for 15 minutes (with cover).
9. Once rest, flatten the dough and placed the a spoon full of filling.
10. Proof for 1 hour 30 minutes (with cover).
11. Once proof, brush with egg.
12. Bake at 180ºC for 15 - 20 minutes.
13. Done! Enjoy with family and friends.
