Caramel Factory Caramel Factory is a chronicle of my baking experience. We have now opened our shop in Shah Alam! Please come for a visit!

Caramel Factory is a baking school and patisserie located at Shah Alam, Selangor. Caramel Factory has all sorts of recipes, pictures and videos of my adventures in baking! I've always liked baking, mostly Japanese-style pastries and breads. Of course I like to experiment with all kinds of ingredients! I am also a coffee and tea lover, and buy (and grind) my own beans and make my own tea from loose

Here is the November & December class schedule!

Caramel Factory will be closing its baking studio by the end of 2017. For those of you who still have package, this will be your final chance to finish up your package deal. Thank you for your support for the last 6 years and hope to see you in the classes!
