🥧 Beef Pot Pie with Homemade Pastry

🛒 Filling Ingredients
• 400 g beef (i used minced beef)
• 1 tbsp oil or butter
• 1 small onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 carrot, diced
• 1 potato, diced small
• 1 tbsp flour
• 2 tbsp milk or cream
• Salt & black pepper
• ½ tsp dried thyme (optional)

🧈 Homemade Pastry (Top Crust)
• 250 g all-purpose flour
• 125 g cold butter (cubed)
• ½ tsp salt
• 4 to 6 tbsp ice water
