Eurasian sugee almond cake is a traditional rich butter cake made with semolina flour and finely ground almonds. It has a tender yet slightly coarse crumb from the semolina, balanced by the richness of butter and eggs. The flavor is warm and aromatic—often enhanced with a hint of brandy and vanilla—and it’s typically finished with a thin layer of icing or glaze. The cake is dense but soft, with a melt-in-the-mouth feel and a subtle crunch from the almonds.

This cake is slightly different from my normal sugee almond cake as it requires a few days to prepare, bake and set.

Available without icing at RM145 perkg or icing just on the top for RM155 perkg.

If you’re looking for something sweet to celebrate mother's day for ur gorgeous mum, this special promo is only for that weekend the 9th or 10th of May.

Cakes are roughly 600g each covered in butter icing. There are 2 designs to choose from :

Design A is a simple butter iced floral cake RM80
Design B is decorated with small sugar flowers RM120

Comes with a Happy Mother’s Day topper.

Special request for a cake florally and pretty for her dearest mum who was turning 70. I said I will try my best. Here is the completed 1.5kgs 2 tiered orange chocolate chip cake with little sugar roses in pastel pinks and purple.
