Kangkung Goreng Belacan done right in thermomix 😍😍

Recipe 👇

INGREDIENTS :

15g dried shrimp - rinsed
20g shallots
10g garlic cloves
10g fresh red chillies, deseeded and cut into 3 cm length
1 tsp belacan
30g cooking oil
300g kangkung, cut into 5cm length
1 pinch of salt (adjust to taste)

PREPARATION :

1. Place dried shrimp, shallots, garlic cloves, red chillies and
belacan into mixing bowl, blend 7 sec/speed 6
Scrape down the sides, repeat to get a finer texture
2. Add cooking oil, sauté 4 min/120•/speed reverse spoon
3. Add kangkung and salt, cook 4 min/varoma/reverse speed 1
4. Serve immediately

Helooo there 👋🏽.. a little self introduction about myself...I am Jaya, a former Emergency Room Staff Nurse ( Gleneagles KL ) and a Nursing Lecturer... ( SEGI University )... I took a career break ever since I had my boys Akash & Danish 👦 👶🏻

Looks like my career break became a permanent break but hey I wouldn't wanna loose my identity! I don’t want to be known as Mrs Naga or the Mom to Akash & Danish BUT I wanted people to recognize me as Jaya the Founder of Ash & Ish and NOW that’s my identity! Lets dig in about my company itself 🤓

Ash & Ish, what does that mean? AkASH & DanISH... my company was named after the last 3 alphabets of both my boys name... and that’s how I gave birth to my third baby (Ash & Ish) CHEAT DAY COOKIES close to 2 years ago.

Cooking had always been my passion & my stress buster but never once in my wildest dream have I ever imagined that I will be baking pheeewww and it was never my ford 😋

My boys love cookies... well who don’t right 🤔 & I started baking for them... many trials & errors as I wanted to incorporate only healthy & premium ingredients & that’s how I came up with my Cheat Day Cookie Series.. I live in a very friendly neighborhood & we share snacks & delicacies among ourselves... I shared some of my CHEAT DAY COOKIES with my neighbors & they politely requested me to take in orders & that’s how my journey started ❤️

I am happy that most of the time my boys only indulge in healthy cookies & rest assured what is safe for my boys digestive tract is definitely safe for you!
