Recently, one of our TikTok Shop products received multiple safety reports which resulted in a violation on the platform.
We understand how disappointing it can be if your cake arrives with issues after delivery. However, once the parcel leaves our bakery, the delivery process is beyond our control. 🚚
If you ever receive a cake that is damaged, melted, or not in satisfactory condition, we kindly ask that you contact us first before submitting a report. 🙏
