上个月的摊主交流会
本来是去看7月市集的场地的

看到池塘里的鸭子
风吹着的树叶
还有刚好飞过的飞机✈️
回家后这些小画面一直在脑海里盘旋

所以决定除了主推的茶系饼干
特意做了一组市集限定
用这场市集的同名【在水一方】
嘿嘿

市集上还是以茶系为主哟！
算是把那天下午看到的风景
偷偷带回家
然后再偷偷的放进烤箱里
带到市集献给你们

Some orders stay with you a little longer than others ♡

Somewhere between the cookies, the cards, and the finishing touches, it stopped feeling like an order. And that’s probably why I enjoyed what I do.

这种印花的擀面杖真的让我又爱又恨

喜欢
因为随便一片面团
滚一滚就好看

讨厌
因为真的很难操作和照顾 😌

面团温度要对
力度要对
压太浅没花纹
压太深会变形

它居然还要『保养』

是的
保养

木制的印花擀面杖
平时要把花纹里的面团清干净
完全自然风干
偶尔要泡油隔夜养护
木砧板有点像

所以很多时候
做饼干只是第一步
照顾工具，
也是烘焙的一部分

麻烦吗？
很麻烦
可是每次看到花纹完整印在面团上的时候
嗯又很美wor
还是很喜欢犯贱🤣🌸

Happy International Tea Day 🍃

I pulled every tea powder out of the fridge and turned them into Sable Nantais.

Same recipe.
Same butter.
Same flour.
Yet every tea behaved differently.

Some doughs were softer.
Some darker.
Some more fragrant.
Some surprisingly subtle.

One of the things I enjoy most about baking with tea is that tea is never just a flavour.

It changes the colour, aroma, texture and sometimes even the way a dough feels in your hands.

If you could only pick one tea for a cookie, which would it be?

记得大概在去年9月吧
开始各种实验、调整、再重做
夹在中秋，喜饼和圣诞季之间
挤着时间
把新年每一款饼干做一遍又一遍

谢谢 .2021 当初提出的合作
旺季时间明明很🈵
因为一句合作
让Cakie再再再努力往前一步

这中间困难重重
圣诞季烤箱还给我罢工🥹
年饼季更不用说
物流爆仓、延迟运输、碎掉的饼干
种种的焦虑时刻都还记得

但我更记得
有人主动告诉我他最喜欢哪一款
有人愿意等一等
有人收到不完美，还是选择体谅。

这一切，都太太太珍贵了
很感恩真的在心中！

那么现在
开工大吉🧧
我们继续往前走✨

冲刺Pro Max Week🙈
尤其是原味butter cookies，没想到这么受欢迎
有点害怕⋯ 因为是最难最累最废手的🤣

但是，拿到了第一批的顾客都有在回馈说很好吃

继续挤继续做哈哈哈

幸好有 .2021 比我有力很多倍挤得快又多
还研究到了比较好挤的技巧
