We made a twist on our inhouse tiramisu! The base is a fudgy brownie, layered with yogurt creamcheese, not to miss the classic sponge fingers and topped with pure cocoa powder.

This recipe was curated for everyone with sweet tooth, especially to those who are on diet. Believe it or not, its low calorie, low fat, and sugar free! Now we can eat some dessert with guilt free 😆

As we are a homecafe, we make the minimalist way of packaging. Its for the best for grab and go. Final prices will be up soon...

Dream Bakes

Niu Niu Cakes is founded in 2020, by the owner and also the baker Szu Szian.

To begin with, Szu Szian was away from home for the past 9 months. She was pursuing her long waited dream which is New Zealand Working Holiday. The 30 years old lady had the only chance to experience working holiday, so she made a spontaneous decision on quitting her current job and traveled to the beautiful green-land New Zealand.

Throughout the 9 months, she had a really great time in New Zealand. She learnt new skills and gained so much of knowledge from different kind of jobs in the horticulture field, and by meeting new friends from other countries. There was one time she was lucky enough to meet a friendly landlord. The landlord has taught her how to bake some local cakes.

After she tried the local recipes, she felt in love with it. Since then she did the baking by herself, with just her own hands and no mixer at all. The first cake she baked was Spiced Toffee Dates Cake, now it’s available at Niu Niu Cakes’ menu. It’s incredibly soft, moist and buttery, topped with special toffee sauce.
