Onion 洋葱, Shallots葱头, Lemongrass 香茅, Galangal 南姜, Garlic 蒜头, Kaffir lime leaves 麻风柑叶, Ginger torch flower (bunga kantan) 姜花, Shrimp paste (Belacan) 峇拉煎, Coconut milk (santan) 椰浆, Curry powder 咖喱粉, Curry leaves 咖喱叶, Chili paste 辣椒面糊, Salt 盐, Sugar 糖, Oil 油

ii. For garnish 配料：

Soy milk pulp (Okara) nuggets 豆渣肉块

Ingredients 材料:
Okara 豆渣 , Onion 洋葱, Carrot 红萝卜, Minced meat 肉碎, Egg 蛋, Corn starch 玉米粉, Salt 盐, Pepper powder 胡椒粉 --- Mix all the ingredients and steam it 将所有材料搅拌均匀然后蒸熟. Then cut into the desired shape when it is cold 待冷后依个人喜好切出形状. Coat with flour & egg and fried 裹上面粉及蛋液再下油锅炸.
