I do apologise terribly for the lengthy silence as New Year usually means health check ups, follow ups and everything to ensure a good clean bill of health!

With that being said, this is a personal favourite of mine. A melt-in-your-mouth-have-to-scoop-with-a-spoon-feels-like-home kinda tart 🤤 Here is our Orange Curd Meringue Tart. Flanked with a buttery crust and oh so yummy citrusy fillings 🍊
