And it’s a wrap for today’s Bake - off challenge ! 👩🏼‍🍳

Im so happy and honoured to be a part of Lurpak’s Bake-off challenge event and guess what ? it’s my first time leading and guide a team to bake 🤭

My team came from different backgrounds and baking skills so definitely a new thing for me to work together with them ❤️ We managed to complete our sandwich cookies on time though we were blur at the first 10 mins of the challenge 😂

I believe that a good butter is the key to make a heart melting pastry and for me, Lurpak butter is the best choice ! 🧈

I’ve baked with Lurpak butter and I love how aromatic and delicious my pastries turned out which makes me more confident to bake - *chef’s kiss* 👩🏻‍🍳

2 years ago, i decided to start my cake business with whatever i have especially Youtube and some free resources.

Joined some baking class and recipe to learn on how to bake a burnt cheesecake only 😂 i mean…i just want to everyone to have a good cake and i guess learning to have one recipe until you get the best one is worth the try right ? 🤭

Slowly growing and getting better at managing myself is an achievement not just achieving a good number of sales. Self growth is an achievement and today, .bakes slowly growing and i, appreciate each of you guys who followed and supported us (either you buy or did not buy our cakes) 🥰

Truly am grateful. hehe

p/s : cant remember when did i learnt this recipe but this is an old recipe of my chocolate burnt cheesecake. Feel free to screenshot and bake 😂

Tbh i rarely asked for the pic once delivered 😂 more focused on “how was the cakes is it okayy?” but looking at these pics really made me teared up 🥹 with my small little oven, hours and hours of standing, brainstorming on the topping and turned into a beautiful doorgift for this beautiful wedding. Her friend picked up from kl - Pahang. What an honour to serve you our mini burnt cheesecake for your guests 🥹

Wordings are available for both mini and whole cake. no of wordings depends on the size of the cake ! 😋 (more details on our catalogue).

Took the challenge to sell our raya cookies in loose version and not in raya gift set (for those who followed us last year, we had a very huge raya campaign and sadly this year we are unable to cope with the timeline) but that’s okayy, this year’s raya is something that we are proud of and tbh we’re so happy and blessed to get each and everyone of you who had already purchased our kuih raya until sold out. (a great achievement).
