I did not put a high expectation when I made this Oreo cake, perhaps Oreo is not really my favourite 😅 But its flavour and texture end up surprised me, the Oreo crumbs assembled in each layer of cake bring the sweet and salty together. Okay, I gotta admit that it's really worth a try🤣

一层层的戚风再加上鲜奶油和奥利奥饼干 🍰 重点是蛋糕使用纯动物性奶油 一点都不甜腻 😋

Each layer of chiffon is assembling with Chantilly cream and Oreo crumbs. Pure dairy cream is used in the cake, the sweetness is just good 😋
