OUR BAKERY IS HIRING
This time we are looking for someone to take the reign as a Head Baker/Bakery Manager (and other roles listed below)
We are looking for someone who believes in our mission and is able to run our central kitchen and coordinate our retail stores as we continue to expand our businesses. Having the technical know how and experience to develop processes and SOPs to scale our artisanal croissants and pastries while maintaining quality and consistency is a must have.
You must have leadership qualities and the experience to empower, motivate and lead a team of bakers to grow their careers with us and be in line with our company values. Being a micro bakery, your talents and skill will be utilised to contribute to the collective success of the business.
Job responsibilities
β’ Ensuring production runs smoothly, monitor operations to ensure effective measures are implemented for optimum efficiency
β’ Managing the bakery staff schedule, training and hiring.
β’ Ensuring quality control, keen eye to detail and have good problem solving skills.
β’ Be up to date with the latest trends and implement best practice to continuously improve the operations of the business
β’ Conduct basic bookeeping
β’ Organize and implement day to day procedures and operations
Job Requirements
β’ Have minimum 3 years working experience in a bakery
β’ Strong organisational and administrative skills
β’ Good communication skills
β’ Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
