You've asked and here's what we decided for this year....
Peach Oolong Tea Cookies was first launch last year and it was a hit. So we had to being it back. It's the crisp type of butter cookie with fragrance of peach oolong.
Macadamia sable will always be a staple. French style butter cookies with chopped Macadamia adds to the creaminess and crunch from the Macadamia.
Then we have the Oats and Pecan Cookie with hints of orange. An elevated granola bar but nicer. Personal fav is dipping in milo kosong. Its like having cereal in the mornings on cheat days :) .
Finally of course is our favourite Pineapple Tarts. Every year, pineapples are grated, slow cooked for 5 hours infused with cinnamon and gula melaka asli to achieve the prized pineapple jam. We like ours the melt-in-your mouth to type. Buttery, soft crust with sweet sour filling and a bit of the fibrous texture of the pineapple is how we like it.
