Our Story

MANNA was founded at June 2017 by our Executive Chef, Bryan. He was a graduate from Le Cordon Bleu,Tokyo and was a disciple of the famous Chef Stephane Reinat. His specialty is on pastry, especially croissants. And because of his passion and love towards pastries, he has mastered the craft of creating an international standard croissant. He decided to share the blessing of having the art and craft of pastries to the people of his hometown, Kuching.

If you’re looking for a place where you can find good pastries, this is it guys! Producing one of the best croissants in town!

We do have various workshop classes too! All the way from beginner’s level until professional’s. Do contact us for more classes information.
