Thank you so much for your continuous support With your support, we are able to reinvest back into the business, purchase another 2 extra original silpat 🙏❤️ Today wanted to test new sakura rose, it has a beautiful soft pink hue however without adding colouring, after bake, it turns out to be slightly orangy instead of pink.. Oh well, some day you win some day you lose, part and parcel of life and learning..

Purple sweet potato macaron with salted egg cream filling 😋

As usual, all our ingredients are premium grade, no colouring and/or artificial flavouring. We took time to test, experiment our recipes, specially curated to create a balance of taste, flavour, texture and ehem, most of the time leaving you wanting for more 🙊😂 First and only in Malaysia and some say (whisper) "the world" 🙈🙉🙊

Yesterday i really Ko-ed, super tired and sleepy with all the work + baking rush.. Told my daughter pls off all alarms 3 times before i knock off to sleep, have to tell her if alarm goes off at 5.30am, she got no phone for her for one month (because she always forgot) 😂😅 so i just got up around 9.45am.. For a morning person, now only wake up can know how tired i am de..

Our customer who love our so much, entrusted us to custom made a pistachio cake eventho she know we will be making it for the first time only 🙊 for a birthday gurl who love pistachio.

So we have created this "less sweet" pair with light creamcheese frosting and freshly ground pistachio in cake as well as every single layer 😋

As usual, all made fresh from super premium ingredients without any artificial colouring/flavouring is just how we love it ❤️

Many asked me whether its macaron or macaroon? 🤭

There is some variation in whether the term macaron or macaroon is used, and the related coconut macaroon is often confused with the macaron. In North America, most bakers have adopted the French spelling of macaron for the meringue-based item to distinguish the two. Stanford professor of linguistics Daniel Jurafsky describes how the two confections have a shared history with macaroni (Italian maccheroni, from Greek μακαρία). Jurafsky notes that French words ending with "-on" that were borrowed into English in the 16th and 17th centuries are usually spelled with "-oon" (for example: balloon, cartoon, platoon).[4] In the UK, many bakeries continue to use the term "macaroon"

So both is correct, pronounciation wise see if you prefer to follow the American, British or the more "stylish" French pronounciation where the "n" is silent, kinda replace with a hint of "r", sound like macaroar 🙊😊😂
