April is Autism Awareness Month ๐Ÿ’™

As someone who works closely with our young adults at Stand Pie Me, Iโ€™ve seen how much potential there is when we create the right environment for them to grow.

This yearโ€™s theme is a reminder that inclusion is not just about awareness, but about action โ€” giving opportunities, building confidence, and allowing every individual to contribute in their own way.

Iโ€™m proud of how far our pie-fectionists have come, and I hope more workplaces will take that step towards inclusive employment. ๐Ÿฅง
