Our handmade mooncake consist of 5 different flavors-
Classic red bean paste, pure lotus paste, HK white lotus paste, Pandan lotus paste and green tea lotus paste. All wrap with a golden salted egg yoke in the middle of the mooncakes with buttery crisp crust at the outer layer. Individually packed and mooncake package available.

Sourdough bread requires a slow fermentation over a few days. The taste and texture of the sourdough is determine by the temperature and the origin of flour. So it’s not surprise that sourdough is different everywhere. It also depending on where it is made and by whom resulting to its own bread characteristic. Bake Plan’s sourdough starter are made by rye flour and we control the sourness to suit Malaysia weather. We add self cultured yoghurt to the recipe to make the sourdough softer.
