A simply story of how important to be careful with energy you put into the universe. This encounter with a customer who ordered a cake (sliced) vegetarian for a auspicious day prayer. Due to miss communication, from sliced to us sending a whole cake due to the last conversation attached.
We were brutally attacked verbally even though we offer to refund full and apologised. The convo ended “come and take your f***ing cake* just from us not cutting a cake. My heart broke as no one has used such words on my cakes before. I was abit sad my cake’s didn’t make it to prayer too and said sorry to God as it was made seem I ruined a prayer.
Threaten to be blasted on fb, this was not our first rodeo being in this business for 20 years. Conversation & audio recordings were taken in case any legal action needed to be taken.
Fast forward a few days, I had my customer Parvin, who ordered 2kg cake sliced and to be delivered to HIS house 🙏 Gurdwara Klang. I felt so happy as I felt as if HE gave me another chance to be a part of his celebration. Something in me lit up and I was jumping in joy.
