When its the Queen of M.A.D House Bake's birthday...the apprentice had to step up and bake, ice and decorate the birthday cake...so first attempt at baking from scratch...
Honey lemon cake with lemon buttercream icing, top with mango macarons and yellow roses. Verdict from taste-ters: not bad for a first timer at baking, icing abit too sweet but nice lemony flavor, decoration spot on!
