Curry Mee/Curry Laksa is a dish that’s full of flavours–slightly creamy soup infused with coconut milk. As noodles lover, I have chosen to introduce Curry Mee without much hesitation.

Well, I love to have a lot of ingredients in my noodles. The Ingredients are :- egg noodles/bee hoon or both,
chicken,
long beans,
Bentong taufu pok,
bean sprouts,
cockles – if possible to get fresh from wet market, and
slices of hard boiled eggs served in curry broth.
